摘　　要：公立医院高质量发展背景下,构建优质高效的运行管理体制,创新技术体系和管理模式是题中应有之义。如何提高医院科研管理质量和水平,助力医学科研攻关、激活医院科研人员创新动力,是医院科研管理部门必须着力解决的现实问题。文章系统总结分析某三甲口腔医院在科研项目管理、梯队人才培养、“3+1”科研平台构筑、“三位一体”激励机制和科研成果转化支撑体系建设等方面的创新实践,探索提出医院科研管理应基于全过程的系统思想,通过科学规范管理制度、建设多元互动的科研平台、发挥人才的积极性与创造性,建立长期均衡发展的人才培养机制,推动医院科研管理水平提升。Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,it is necessary to build a high-quality and efficient operation and management system,innovative technology system and management mode.How to improve the quality and level of hospital scientific research management,help medical scientific research to tackle key problems,and activate the innovation power of hospital scientific researchers is a practical problem that the hospital scientific research management department must focus on solving.This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the innovative practices of a third-class stomatological hospital in scientific research project management,echelon talent training,"3+1"scientific research platform construction,"trinity"incentive mechanism and scientific research achievement transformation support system construction,and explores and proposes that hospital scientific research management should be based on the systematic thinking of the whole process,through scientific standardization of management system,construction of diversified and interactive scientific research platform,give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of talents,establish a long-term balanced development of talent training mechanism and promote the improvement of hospital scientific research management.
