摘　　要：目的探讨对牙槽嵴低平患者使用吸附性全口义齿进行修复的效果。方法采用2018年1月—2022年6月在韶关市中医院韶钢院区口腔科诊治的牙槽嵴低平患者作为研究对象,总例数60例,按入组时间分为两组,每组30例,其中2018年1—12月,划分为常规组,常规组患者使用传统方式修复全口义齿,2019年1月—2022年6月,划分为研究组,使用吸附性全口义齿修复。对比分析两组患者的修复效果,包括修复有效率、咀嚼优良率、患者使用满意度、不良反应发生率、初戴效果、稳定性评分等方面。结果研究组在修复有效率、咀嚼优良率、患者满意度方面的数据,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在初戴效果和义齿稳定性方面的数据,均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为牙槽嵴低平患者使用吸附性全口义齿修复,可以改善患者义齿初戴效果,能够增强义齿稳定性,患者义齿使用满意度更高,临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of complete denture with absorption in patients with low alveolar ridge.Methods A total of 60 patients with low alveolar ridge in the department of stomatology of Shaogang Branch Hospital,Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the enrollment time,the patients were divided into two groups with 30 cases.From January to December 2018,the patients were divided into the routine group and the patients in the routine group used the traditional method to restore the complete denture.From January 2019 to June 2022,the patients were divided into the research group and used the adsorption complete denture to restore.The restoration effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,including the repair effective rate,excellent and good mastication rate,patient satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions,initial wear effect,stability score,etc.Results The repair efficiency,excellent and good mastication rate,and patient satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The data of initial wearing effect and denture stability in the study group were better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the cristae,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with low alveolar ridge,denture restoration,the use of the adsorption complete denture can improve the initial denture wearing effect,enhance the stability of the denture,improve the patient's satisfaction with denture use,and have high clinical application value.
