摘  要:目的探讨7~14岁儿童双眼视知觉功能与近视发展的相关性。方法纳入2022年1月至12月惠州市第一人民医院眼科门诊诊治的255例7~14岁儿童,根据是否出现近视及近视程度,分为低、中、高度近视组各65例、119例、37例和正视组34例,以上四组进行临床层面和双眼视觉信息处理层面的检查和对照分析。结果低和高空间频率下,正视组的双眼知觉眼位水平偏差、垂直偏差在四组之中最低,高度近视组的低和高空间频率下的水平和垂直眼位偏差最高(P<0.05);低和高空间频率下,正视组双眼精细立体视平均视差最小,低、中、高度近视组中上述指标具有相应的变化趋势(P<0.05)。结论近视发生发展过程中伴随着双眼视觉信息处理异常的加重,这些异常在不同空间频率参数下有所变化。Objective To investigate the correlation between binocular visual perception and myopia development in children aged 7 to 14 years.Methods A total of 255 children aged 7 to 14 years admitted to the Outpatient Ophthalmology Clinic of the First People’s Hospital of Huizhou from January to December 2022 were included and were divided into 65 cases,119 cases,37 cases each in the low,medium and high myopia groups and 34 cases in the orthoptic group according to the presence or absence of myopia and the degree of myopia,and the above four groups were examined and controlled for analysis at the clinical level and at the binocular visual information processing level.Results The horizontal and vertical deviations of binocular perceptual position in the orthoptic group were the lowest,and the horizontal and vertical deviations of binocular perceptual position in the high myopia group were the highest(P<0.05).At low and high spatial frequencies,the average parallax of fine stereopsis in the orthoptic group was the smallest,and the above indexes in the low,medium and high myopia groups showed a corresponding trend(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of myopia is accompanied by the aggravation of binocular visual information processing abnormalities,which vary with different spatial frequency para meters.
