硼酸溶液联合庆大霉素点眼治疗小儿急性结膜炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析小儿急性结膜炎患儿联合实施硼酸溶液、庆大霉素点眼治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年5月淄博市妇幼保健院眼科收治的50例急性结膜炎患儿,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各25例。对照组实施0.9%氯化钠溶液联合庆大霉素点眼治疗,观察组实施3%硼酸溶液联合庆大霉素点眼治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、临床症状积分变化情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率为68.00%,观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿临床症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组患儿临床症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性结膜炎患儿应用硼酸溶液结合庆大霉素点眼治疗可获得显著效果,可改善患儿临床症状,有利于患儿康复,建议临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Boric Acid Solution combined with Gentamicin eye drops in children with acute conjunctivitis.Methods From March 2021 to May 2022,50 children with acute conjunctivitis admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 0.9%Sodium Chloride Solution combined with Gentamicin,and the observation group was treated with 3%Boric Acid Solution combined with Gentamicin,and the treatment effect and changes in clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 68.00%in the control group and 92.00%in the observation group,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of children in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Boric Acid Solution combined with Gentamicin eye drops in children with acute conjunctivitis can obtain outstanding effect,improve the clinical symptoms of children,and help children recover from illness.It is suggested that cl inical application should be popularized.
