口腔正畸固定矫治技术与牙弓夹板治疗牙槽突骨折的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的分析牙槽突骨折行口腔正畸固定矫治技术与牙弓夹板治疗的效果。方法80例牙槽突骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为夹板组和正畸组,各40例。正畸组采用口腔正畸固定矫治技术治疗,夹板组采用牙弓夹板治疗。对比两组牙龈出血指数、牙槽突恢复情况、并发症发生情况。结果固定后7 d、固定拆除时、拆除后7 d,正畸组牙龈出血指数分别为(1.98±0.31)、(2.06±0.34)、(1.86±0.45)分,均低于夹板组的(2.45±0.40)、(3.55±0.81)、(2.27±0.30)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正畸组牙槽突恢复优良率97.50%高于夹板组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正畸组并发症发生率5.00%低于夹板组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸固定矫治方案可推广,能达到较好的牙槽突恢复优良率,且能减少口腔不良事件,达到较好的牙槽突治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of fixed orthodontic technique and arch bar in the treatment of fracture of alveolar process.Methods A total of 80 patients with fracture of alveolar process were studied and randomly divided into arch-bar group and orthodontic group,with 40 cases in each group.The orthodontic group was treated with fixed orthodontic technique,and the arch-bar group was treated with arch bar.The gingival bleeding index,alveolar process recovery,and complications occurred in the two groups were compared.Results At 7 d after fixation,at the time of fixation removal,and 7 d after removal,the gingival bleeding index were(1.98±0.31),(2.06±0.34),and(1.86±0.45)points in the orthodontic group,which were lower than(2.45±0.40),(3.55±0.81),and(2.27±0.30)points in the arch-bar group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of alveolar process restoration in the orthodontic group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the arch-bar group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the orthodontic group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in the arch-bar group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fixed orthodontic technique can achieve a better rate of alveolar process restoration,and can reduce oral adverse events and achieve better results in the treatment of alveolar process,and this regimen can be promoted.
