媒体变局视域下地方院校新闻实践教学的创新

摘　　要：互联网技术的发展,给媒体格局带来“百年变局”,使传统媒体与新兴媒体呈现融合发展态势,进而给新闻学教育带来新挑战和新转机。以安徽艺术学院新闻专业实践教学的改革为例,即通过部校共建提升师资实践教学水平,通过校企合作打造专业化的实训平台,通过“师徒”实战实现新闻业务的匠心传承,建设多元评价体系提升新闻学子的自我效能感,为地方院校探索媒介融合背景下新闻教育的新进之路提供借鉴。The development of Internet technology has brought“changes unseen in a century”to the media pattern,making traditional media and emerging media present a trend of integrated development,and thus bringing new challenges and new turning points to journalism education.This paper makes a case study on the reform of journalism practice teaching in Anhui University of the Arts,and explores ways of constructing a multiple evaluation system for improving journalism students’self-efficacy:improving the practice teaching level of teachers by the joint construction of ministries and schools,creating the professional training platform through school-enterprise cooperation,and realizing the ingenuity inheritance of journalism business through the actual practice of“mentorship”.It is hoped that the measures can provide reference for local colleges and universities to explore the new way of taking journalism education in the context of media convergence.
