自体牙骨粉与β-磷酸三钙植入治疗颌骨囊肿术后残留骨腔的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的 比较自体牙骨粉与β-磷酸三钙植入治疗颌骨囊肿术后残留骨腔的临床效果。方法 择取2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日本院的60例颌骨囊肿术后残留骨腔患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予β-磷酸三钙植入治疗,观察组给予自体牙骨粉植入治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组术后的伤口肿胀程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3个月,观察组的骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的骨愈合优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3、6个月,观察者的成骨情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的牙周袋深度、附着丧失水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自体牙骨粉的成骨、修复效果均优于β-磷酸三钙,更适合推广应用在颌骨囊肿术后残留骨腔患者的治疗中。Objective To compare the clinical effects of autogenous tooth bone powder andβ-tricalcium phosphate implantation in the treatment of residual bone cavity after jaw cyst surgery.Methods From January 1,2018 to December 31,2020,60 patients with residual bone cavity after jaw cyst surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated withβ-tricalcium phosphate implantation,and the observation group was treated with autologous tooth bone powder implantation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of postoperative wound swelling in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after operation,the bone mineral density of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of bone healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after operation,the osteogenesis of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The osteogenesis and repair effect of autogenous tooth bone powder is better than that ofβ-tricalcium phosphate,which is more suitable for popularization and application in the treatment of residual bone cavity after jaw cyst surgery.
