摘　　要：三叉神经鞘瘤是第二常见的颅内神经鞘瘤,较为罕见。既往由于该病的罕见性和临床表现的多样性,对其治疗并没有标准化的方法。近年来对三叉神经鞘瘤的报道较少。本文围绕三叉神经鞘瘤的病理、临床特点、分型、手术方法等进行综述,以期为临床工作者诊治该病提供参考。Trigeminal schwannoma is the second most common intracranial schwannoma,which is relatively rare.Due to the rarity of this disease and the diversity of clinical manifestations,there is no standardized method for the treatment of trigeminal schwannoma.In recent years,there are few reports on trigeminal schwannoma.This article reviews the pathology,clinical characteristics,classification and surgical methods of trigeminal schwannoma,in order to provide reference for clinical workers in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
