摘　　要：该文对山东省高校体育文化建设涉及的物质、制度和精神三方面建设情况进行了具体研究。试构建体育文化建设评估体系:一级指标3个、二级指标15、三级指标29个,并根据专家打分,通过AHP层次分析法确定了每级指标的具体权重。评估打分项共分为4个级别,每个级别都给出了具体的数据或区间,操作简单易行。制定的评估体系能为高校的体育文化建设起到督促、导向作用,能为高校体育文化的科学化建设增砖添瓦。This paper conducts a concrete study on the physical,institutional and spiritual construction of college sports culture in Shandong Province.The evaluation system of sports culture construction is tried to be constructed:3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators.According to the expert scoring,the specific weight of each level index is determined by AHP.The evaluation scoring items are divided into four levels.Each level provides specific data or intervals,which is easy to operate.The evaluation system formulated can play a role of supervision and guidance for the construction of sports culture in colleges and universities,and can contribute to the scientific construction of sports culture in colleges and universities.
