摘　　要：高校的网络教学资源建设是中国特色社会主义发展新阶段的国家新基建的重要组成部分,是推进加快教育现代化、建设教育强国的重要战略举措。该文从国内高校网络教学资源建设的现状进行调研和分析,提出适用于不同高校的网络教学资源建设的指导思想和具体建设方法,为推动高校教育教学转型、升级、创新以及支撑高等教育高质量发展提供参考依据。The construction of network teaching resources in colleges and universities is an important part of the new national infrastructure in the new stage of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is also an important strategic measure to accelerate the modernization of education and build a education power.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the construction of network teaching resources in colleges and universities in China,this paper puts forward the guiding ideology and specific construction methods applicable to the construction of network teaching resources in different colleges and universities,which provides a reference for promoting the transformation,upgrading,innovation of college education and teaching and supporting the highquality development of higher education.
