摘　　要：科技创新券是政府为支持科技型中小企业创新发展而创设的一种间接型补贴政策,其可以降低企业创新投入成本,推动优质科技资源开放共享,促进企业与高校,科研机构产学研合作对接,对企业创新发展起重要作用。该文通过收集天津市科技型中小企业数据,其中包含使用和未使用创新券的科技型中小企业,并利用回归分析方法,对比分析创新券对天津市科技型中小企业创新绩效的影响。Science and technology innovation voucher is an indirect subsidy policy created by the government to support the innovation and development of Technology-based SMEs,which can reduce the cost of enterprise innovation input,promote the open sharing of high-quality scientific and technological resources,promote the industry-university-research cooperation between enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions,and play an important role in the innovation and development of enterprises.This paper collects data on technologybased SMEs in Tianjin,including technology-based SMEs that use and do not use science and technology innovation vouchers,and uses the regression analysis method to compare and analyze the impact of innovation vouchers on the innovation performance of technology-based SMEs in Tianjin.
