摘　　要：我国城市垃圾产生量逐年增加,导致大量土地资源被侵占,城市面临着“垃圾围城”的困境。为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于生活垃圾分类工作的系列重要指示精神,根据《湖南省地级城市生活垃圾分类工作实施方案》,衡阳市首创了“雁城模式”,并已经取得了一定的成效。该文从社区教育视角下,研究衡阳市垃圾分类回收资源化管理,旨在树立衡阳人民保护衡阳生态环境意识,实现全民共治、源头减量、全程分类、资源化利用、无害化处置。Urban garbage production is increasing year by year,which leads to the appropriation of land resources and the predicament of"garbage siege city".In order to further implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important instructions on the classification of domestic waste,and in accordance with The Implementation Plan for the Classification of Municipal Domestic Waste at the Prefecture Level in Hunan Province,"Yancheng Model"initiated by Hengyang City has achieved certain results.From the perspective of community education,this paper studies the recycling management of waste classification in Hengyang City,aiming to establish Hengyang people’s awareness of protecting the ecological environment of Hengyang,and achieve universal governance,source reduction,whole process classification,resource utilization and harmless disposal.
