摘　　要：通过建立SPD模式,借助信息化、智能化手段,改变现有流程,加强试剂管理,切实做到体外诊断试剂及其配套耗材的全流程、精细化管理,解决“以领代支”的传统模式。经检验,体外诊断试剂精细化管理提高了试剂的管理效率,避免了浪费,节约了医院成本,为医院决策提供了准确的效益分析,为患者提供更加准确可靠的诊疗服务。With the establishment of SPD mode,the existing process was changed to strengthen the management of reagents,and the whole process and refined management of in vitro diagnostic reagents and their supporting consumables were effectively achieved,by means of information and intelligence,so as to solve the traditional mode of"leading instead of supporting".After examination,the management efficiency of reagents has been improved through the refined management of in vitro diagnostic reagents,thus avoiding waste and saving hospital costs,which provides accurate benefit analysis for hospital decision-making and more accurate and reliable diagnosis and treatment services for patients.
