小器械抗阻力训练治疗特发性震颤患者上肢震颤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨小器械抗阻力训练治疗特发性震颤(ET)患者上肢震颤的临床效果。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月于福建省福州神经精神病防治院就诊的62例具有上肢震颤症状的ET患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将所选患者分为对照组与病例组,每组31例。对照组采用普萘洛尔进行治疗,病例组在对照组基础上配合小器械抗阻力训练治疗,对比两组治疗前后的Bain-Findley震颤评估量表分级、Bain-Findley震颤日常生活能力量表评分以及安全性。结果 两组各有30例患者完成训练治疗,且Bain-Findley震颤评估量表分级、Bain-Findley震颤日常生活能力量表评分较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),病例组上述指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);病例组与对照组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小器械抗阻力训练治疗能有效改善ET患者上肢震颤症状,且不会增加不良事件。Objective The clinical effect of small instrument anti-resistance training on upper limb tremor in patients with essential tremor(ET)was investigated.Methods With selection of 62 ET patients with upper limb tremor symptoms who were treated in Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital of Fujian Province from June 2021 to June 2022 as the study subjects,the selected patients were divided into control group and case group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.With the control group treated with propranolol and the case group treated with small instrument anti-resistance training on the basis of drug treatment,the grading of the Bain-Findley tremor assessment scale,the score of the Bain-Findley tremor daily living scale and the safety of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results There were 30 patients in each group who completed training treatment.The grading of the Bain Findley Tremor Assessment Scale and the score of the Bain Findley Tremor ADL Scale were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the case group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the case group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Small instrument anti-resistance training can effectively improve the symptoms of upper limb tremor in ET patients without increasing adverse reactions.
