摘　　要：《伤寒论》中人参的应用涉及30个条文,见于22个方剂和小柴胡汤、通脉四逆汤、理中丸三方的或然证中。人参在《伤寒论》或然证中主要用于复津液,而并非如现今所谓之益气补元、扶正祛邪;人参主要用于吐泻伤津后,且不仅仅应用于现今所谓之里虚寒证,亦可用于表证、烦渴热证、尚未化热之实证;人参不可用于治疗三阳病之痰饮诸证,也不用以健脾布津,亦不用于真正的元阳虚脱证。The application of Renshen(Radix Ginseng)in Shang Han Lun involves 30 clauses,which are found in 22 prescriptions in treatment of probable syndromes of Xiaochaihu Decoction,Tongmai Sini Decoction,and Lizhong Pills.Renshen is mainly used to restore body Fluid in treatment of probable syndromes described in Shang Han Lun,but not today′s application in so-called invigorating Qi and replenishing Yuan,strengthening Zheng Qi and eliminating Evil factors.Renshen is mainly used for relieving Fluid injury after vomiting or diarrhea,and it is not only used for the so-called Cold interior deficiency syndrome nowadays,but also for the exterior syndrome,polydipsia and Heat syndrome as well as the coming excessiveness syndrome when Heat has not been accumulated.However,Renshen cannot be used to treat Phlegm-Fluid retention syndromes of Sanyang disease,nor can be used to strengthen the Spleen and distribute body Fluid,nor used for serious Yuan Yang deficiency syndrome.
