摘　　要：克罗恩病(CD)合并血管病变时与单纯的血管病变很难鉴别,临床易误诊。现报道1例合并血管病变的CD误诊为动脉肌纤维发育不良的病例,以提高临床医生对两种疾病的认识。Crohn′s disease(CD)with vascular disease is difficult to distinguish from simple vascular disease and easy to misdiagnose clinically.A case of CD with vascular disease misdiagnosed as fibromuscular dysplasia is reported to improve clinicians′understanding of the two diseases.
