摘　　要：总结1例妊娠合并陶-宾综合征患者的围产期护理体会。护理要点:针对患者围产期母儿监测及并发症预防的重难点问题,采取围产期心肺功能支持护理、妊娠期胎儿宫内状况监测、围产期并发症预防等护理措施。经7d精心治疗及护理,患者病情稳定出院,出院后随访3个月,母儿状况良好。To summarize the nursing experience of a case of pregnancy complicated with Taussing-Bing syndrome.For the serious and difficult problems of maternal and child monitoring and complication prevention in perinatal period,nursing measures such as cardiopulmonary support nursing during perinatal period,fetal intrauterine status monitoring during pregnancy,prevention of perinatal complications were adopted.After 7 days of careful treatment and nursing,the patient's condition was stable and discharged.After discharge,the patient was followed up for 3 months,and the mother and son were in good condition.
