摘　　要：院前急救是指在医院之外的环境中对各种危及生命的急症、创伤、中毒、灾害事故等伤病者进行现场救护、转运及途中救护的统称,即从患者发病或受伤开始到医院就医之前这一阶段的救护。该文综述了院前急救培训现状,提出综合医院、医联体、高速公路从业人员三级联动培训方式,为高速公路从业人员提供全面、便捷的院前急救培训。Pre-hospital emergeney care refers to the field rescue,transportation and on-way rescue for all kinds of life-threatening emergencies,trauma,poisoning,disasters and accidents in the environment outside the hospital,that is,the rescue from the onset or injury of the patient to the hospital for medical treatment.This article reviews thecurrent status of pre-hospital first aid training,and proposes a three-level linkage training mode for employees from general hospitals,medical alliances and expressways to provide comprehensive and convenient pre-hospital first aid training for highway workers.
