摘 要:体育本质的揭示,对体育科学理论与实践的科学化具有奠基性的重要意义。关于体育本质问题,自改革开放以来体育界争论迭起,众说纷纭。研究认为对体育本质再认识应以遵循“个体与群体统一、系统与过程统一、结构与功能统一”的规律为前提,廓清体育与文化教育的关系并探寻与揭示体育对生命、生活的意义,以“接受—创造—再接受—再创造”的体育文化生命机制为认识路径,才能实现对体育本质世界的通达。体育是以身体活动为载体创生并传承身体有关的文化,以反复的身体练习为基本手段,展现人的体能、技能和个性,增强体质、增进健康、愉悦身心,提升生命与生活的质量,促进人与社会共同进步与发展的活动与事业。The revelation of the essence of physical education is of great significance to the scientization of physical education science theory and practice.As to the nature of physical education,there has been a lot of controversy since the reform and opening up.This paper argues that aiming to the recognition of the essence of physical education,we should follow the law of unity of“individual-groups,system-process,and structure-function”as the prerequisite rule,clarify the interrelationship among physical education,culture and education,explore and reveal the significance that physical education does have for individuals and for life as a whole,have the physical education cultural life mechanism——“accept-create-reaccept-recreate”as the cognitional path,thus to authentically understand the essence of physical education.Physical education is a cause and event which takes physical activity as the carrier,creates and spreads the body-related culture,accepts the repeated physical exercises as the basic means,illustrates people’s physical fitness,skills and personality,enhances physique,improves health,promotes physical and mental pleasure to improve life quality and promote common progress and development of human and society.
