摘  要:探讨食管癌患者组织中CD6^(8+)巨噬细胞和Foxp^(3+)Treg细胞与其TNM分期及生存状况的影响。研究发现食管癌患者的肿瘤组织中,其CD6^(8+)巨噬细胞浸润程度高时,其死亡风险较高(P<0.001,RR=1.934,95%CI:1.355~2.708);而Foxp^(3+)Treg细胞的浸润程度低时死亡风险较高(P=0.047,RR=0.785,95%CI:0.624~0.987)。CD6^(8+)巨噬细胞和Foxp^(3+)Treg细胞浸润程度与机体的免疫状态具有一定的相关性,检测其浸润程度对于评价食管癌患者的生存状况等临床特征具有较高的实用价值。The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of CD6^(8+)macrophages and Foxp^(3+)Treg cells in esophageal cancer tissues on TNM staging and survival in the patients.In these esophageal cancer patients,the study findings showed that the risk of death was high with higher-grade infiltration of CD6^(8+)macrophages(P<0.001,RR=1.934,95%CI:1.355-2.708)and lower-grade infiltration of Foxp^(3+)Treg cells(P=0.047,RR=0.785,95%CI:0.624-0.987)in the tumor tissues.In summary,the degrees of CD6^(8+)macrophages and Foxp^(3+)Treg cells infiltration are associated with the host immunity.Detecting the infiltration of these cells can be highly valuable in evaluating the clinical characteristics,such as survival,in patients with esophageal cancer.
