社会关系类型与空巢老人认知功能的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 研究不同类型社会关系与空巢老人认知功能的关系,为控制空巢老年人认知功能衰退提供政策建议。方法基于中国健康与养老追踪调查(CLHLS)2018年数据,以空巢老人作为研究对象,将社会关系分解为社会活动、社会网络和社会支持三个部分,使用简易精神状态量表衡量空巢老人的认知功能水平,多元回归分析社会关系与认知功能的关系。结果 回归结果表明空巢老人MMSE(mini-mental state examination)得分与社会活动、社会网络与社会支持均存在正相关(β=0.47、0.30、0.45,P<0.05)。使用细分变量的回归结果显示社会活动中的简单交往型、体力参与型(打太极拳)、智力参与型,社会网络中婚姻状态、兄弟姐妹交往频率,社会支持中的情感类支持对认知功能具有促进作用。结论 社会关系对空巢老人的认知功能存在显著影响,需要重点关注社会关系对空巢老人认知功能变化的影响路径。建议有针对性的改善社会关系因素,降低空巢老人认知功能下降风险。Objective To investigate the association between social relationships and cognitive function of empty-nesters,so as to provide policy suggestions for controlling cognitive decline of empty-nesters.Methods Empty-nesters were selected from the 2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS).The social relationships were divided into three subdomains:social activities,social network,and social support.Cognitive function of empty-nesters was defined based on the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).Linear regression analyses were conducted to assess the association between social relationships and cognitive function.Results The regression results showed that the MMSE scores of empty-nesters were positively correlated with social activities,social network,and social support(β=0.47,0.30,and 0.45,P<0.05).Regression results using subdivision variables showed that mutual-interaction based,exercise-based,intellectual activityoriented social activities,marital status,sibling interaction frequency in social network,and emotional support in social support could promote cognitive function.Conclusion Social relations have a significant impact on the cognitive function of empty-nesters,so we need to focus on the influence path of social relations on the changes of cognitive function of emptynest elderly.It is suggested to take targeted measures to improve the social relations and reduce the risk of cognitive decline of the empty nesters.
