摘 要:目的基于生物信息学分析核糖体蛋白S7(RPS7)与乳腺癌预后和免疫浸润的关系。方法从TCGA数据库获取乳腺癌表达谱数据及相关临床数据,然后使用TCGA、UALCAN、HPA、STRING、TIMER数据库和Kaplan-Meier法分析RPS7与乳腺癌预后和免疫浸润的关系。结果RPS7在乳腺癌中低表达,并与年龄和雌激素受体(Estrogen Receptor,ER)状态、孕激素受体(Progesterone Receptor,PR)状态及PAM50显著相关。RPS7高表达的患者与预后不良显著相关。通过功能富集分析表明,RPS7的生物学功能主要富集在角质化作用方面,分子功能主要富集于肽链内切酶抑制剂活性方面。经KEGG分析发现,RPS7可能影响神经组织的交互作用和蛋白质的消化吸收途径。此外,RPS7表达与B细胞、树突状细胞、调节性T细胞、CD8+T细胞和T细胞的免疫浸润水平呈显著正相关。结论RPS7可能为一种新的与乳腺癌预后和免疫浸润相关的生物标志物。Objective Bioinformatics-based analysis of ribosomal protein S7(RPS7)in relation to breast cancer prognosis and immune infiltration.Methods Breast cancer expression profile data and related clinical profile data were obtained from the TCGA database,and then the expression and role of RPS7 in breast cancer were analyzed using TCGA,UALCAN,HPA,STRING,TIMER databases and Kaplan-Meier.Results RPS7 was lowly expressed in breast cancer and significantly correlated with age,Estrogen Receptor(ER)status,Progesterone Receptor(PR)status and PAM50.Patients with high RPS7 expression were significantly associated with poor prognosis.Functional enrichment analysis showed that the biological functions of RPS7 were mainly enriched in keratinization and the molecular functions were mainly enriched in peptide chain endonuclease inhibitor activity.Analysis by KEGG revealed that RPS7 may affect neural tissue interactions and protein digestion and absorption pathways.In addition,RPS7 expression was significantly and positively correlated with the level of immune infiltration of B cells,dendritic cells,regulatory T cells,CD8+T cells and T cells.Conclusions RPS7 may be a new biomarker associated with breast cancer prognosis and immune infiltration.
