摘  要:为解决表面肌电原始信号电压较低且附带了高频噪声、50 Hz工频干扰、基线漂移、心电噪声等杂波,从而导致采集电压误差较大的问题,设计了一款高信噪比、高共模抑制能力的便携式肌电信号采集传输电路系统,有效地抑制了共模干扰。该系统主要由前端滤波放大电路、ADC转换电路和STM32单片机等构成。原始信号在前端电路中进行滤波放大,大部分毛刺被去除,经过医用级A/D转换芯片ADS1292,在MCU中使用50 Hz陷波器算法、滑动平均算法进行滤波,最后将数据封装成数据帧通过串口上传至上位机。经过500次连续的实际疲劳测试,数据传输正常无误码,波形的特征点明显,没有出现乱码和毛刺,且电压误差在5%以内,满足精确测量的设计要求。In order to solve the problems of low voltage,high frequency noise,50 Hz power frequency interference,baseline drift,ECG noise and other clutter of surface EMG raw signal,resulting in large acquisition voltage error,a portable EMG signal acquisition and transmission circuit system with high signal⁃to⁃noise ratio and high common mode suppression capability is designed to suppress common mode interference effectively.The system is mainly composed of a front⁃end filtering and amplifying circuit,an ADC conversion circuit and STM32 microcontroller.The raw signal is filtered and amplified in the front⁃end circuit,by which most of its burrs are removed,and then 50 Hz trap algorithm and sliding average algorithm are used to filter it in the MCU by a medical A/D converter chip ADS1292.The data is encapsulated into data frames and uploaded to the upper computer through the serial port.500 fatigue tests were performed continuously.The result shows that the data transmission of the system is normal without error codes,the characteristic points of waveform are obvious,there is no garbled code and burr,and the voltage error is within 5%,which can meet the design requirements of accurate measurement.
