摘　　要：目的了解全国预防接种人员工作满意度及其影响因素。方法2021年6月在某网络平台注册的预防接种人员中随机抽取调查对象开展问卷调查,分析预防接种人员工作满意度、信心、压力及其影响因素。结果共调查3629名对象,1982名对预防接种工作表示满意,占54.62%。多因素Logistic回归模型分析显示,月收入高的调查对象的工作满意度高[OR值(95%CI):2.01(1.73~2.34)],乡村、初级职称、本科及以上文化程度、工作年限≥6年、每周工作天数>5 d的调查对象的工作满意度低[OR值(95%CI)分别为0.80(0.68~0.94)、0.67(0.52~0.86)、0.40(0.33~0.48)、0.69(0.58~0.81)、0.87(0.75~0.99)]。70.16%(2546/3629)的调查对象对工作表示有信心,72.69%(2638/3629)的调查对象表示工作压力大,职称、工作年限、收入水平对工作的信心和压力有影响。结论本研究预防接种人员的总体工作满意度不高,并受工作负荷和收入等多种因素影响。Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of vaccinators and its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in June 2021 among vaccinators registered on a network platform to analyze job satisfaction,confidence,pressure and the influencing factors.Results Of the 3629 respondents,1982(54.62%)were satisfied with their vaccination job.Multivariate Logistic regression model analysis showed that respondents with high monthly income had higher job satisfaction[OR(95%CI):2.01(1.73-2.34)],working in rural areas,having junior professional title,having bachelor’s degree or above,working duration≥6 years,working days per week>5d in the survey had lower job satisfaction[OR(95%CI):0.80(0.68-0.94),0.67(0.52-0.86)and 0.40(0.33-0.48),0.69(0.58-0.81)and 0.87(0.75-0.99),respectively].Among the respondents,70.16%(2546/3629)were confident,and 72.69%(2638/3629)felt stressful with vaccination.Professional titles,working duration and income levels were the influencing factors of working confidence and pressure of vaccinators.Conclusion Job satisfaction of vaccinators in this study is not high,and is affected by many factors such as workload and income.
