摘 要:考虑到斜拉桥钢箱梁纵隔板对钢桥面板受力性能的影响,通过ABAQUS有限元分析,对比有无纵隔板时横隔板围焊端、弧形缺口及焊趾应力等钢箱梁典型疲劳细节处的受力性能,提取纵隔板两侧各U肋焊缝主拉应力,分析纵隔板对局部初始应力的影响范围。研究结果表明:纵隔板构造对研究区域各构造细节受力性能的影响主要体现在对初始应力的影响,仅提高了其两侧1根U肋靠近纵隔板位置横隔板-U肋焊缝末端的疲劳性能,从而降低了这两处疲劳开裂的可能,与实桥此位置裂纹少的现象一致。Considering the influence of mediastinal plate of steel box girder of cable-stayed bridge on the mechanical performance of steel bridge deck,through the finite element analysis of ABAQUS,the mechanical properties of the typical fatigue details of steel box girder with or without mediastinal plate,such as the circumferential welding end of diaphragm,arc notch and welding toe stress,were compared;The main tensile stress of each U-rib weld on both sides of the mediastinum plate is extracted,and the influence range of the mediastinum plate on the local initial stress is analyzed.The results show that the longitudinal bulkhead structure for the study area each detail stress performance mainly embodied in the influence of the influence on the initial stress,increased its only 1 root U-rib on both sides near the mediastinal horizontal clapboard-U-rib plate position of weld at the end of the fatigue performance,thereby reducing the possibility of the two fatigue cracking,the phenomenon of crack less consistent with actual bridge location.
