摘 要:目的建立儿科住院医师情景模拟教学案例体系,评估该体系在儿科临床教学中的应用效果及教师与学生的满意度。方法选取吉林大学第一医院儿科临床实习学员,按随机原则分为A组、B组,每组25人,分别进行传统教学法及情景模拟教学案例教学法。完成学习后,采用理论、技能考核及Min-CEX评估法评估两组学员临床能力情况及满意度。结果B组学员的理论考试成绩、技能考试成绩显著高于A组(p<0.05)。B组学员Min-CEX临床综合能力评估成绩显著高于A组,B组教师及学员满意度调查显著优于A组(p<0.05)。结论儿科住院医师情景模拟教学案例体系为儿科临床教学提供了新范式,有效全面提高了学员临床能力及医患沟通、人文方面的能力,有望推动儿科临床实习的教学革新。Objective To construct a scenario simulation case teaching system for pediatric residents,and evaluate the application effect of the system in pediatric clinical teaching and the satisfaction of teachers and students.Methods Pediatric residents in clinical practice in the First Hospital of Jilin University were randomly divided into Group A and Group B,with 25 students in each group.Traditional teaching method and scenario simulation case teaching method were used respectively.After the completion of the study,evaluate the clinical ability and satisfaction of the two groups from the aspects of theory,skills and Min-CEX.Results The scores of theory examination and skill examination in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A(p<0.05).The score of Min-CEX clinical comprehensive ability evaluation in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A,and the satisfaction of teachers and students in Group B was significantly better than that in Group A(p<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric residents'scenario simulation case teaching system provides a new paradigm for pediatric clinical teaching,which can effectively and comprehensively improve the students'clinical ability,doctor-patient communication and humanistic skills,and is expected to promote the teaching innovation of pediatric clinical practice.
