摘 要:针对客货混运重载铁路小半径曲线地段超高设置问题,基于UM软件和动力学理论建立考虑多车效应的列车-轨道耦合动力学模型,结合现场动态测试试验,研究曲线超高对重载列车和客车动力响应的影响规律,提出超高调整方案,并开展现场验证,对比分析超高调整前后列车通过曲线时轨道系统动力响应的变化规律.研究结果表明,客货混运重载铁路小半径曲线地段不合理的超高设置是线路病害多、养护维修量大的主要因素之一;在满足规范要求的前提下,建议应更多从重载列车角度合理设置曲线超高,当在既有超高为105 mm的基础上降低10%时,对改善轨道结构的受力条件和动力响应,减缓轮轨磨耗有明显效果.To address the issue of superelevation setting in sharp curve sections of mixed traffic of passenger and heavy haul freight railways,a train-track coupling dynamic model is established using Universal Mechanism and dynamic theory,taking into account the multi-vehicle effect.Field dynamic tests are conducted to study the influence of curve superelevation on the dynamic response of heavy haul trains and passenger trains.An adjustment scheme for superelevation is proposed,and field test verification is carried out to analyze and compare the dynamic response of the track system before and after superelevation adjustment.The results show that unreasonable superelevation in sharp curve sections of mixed traffic of passenger and heavy haul freight railways is one of the main factors causing more defects and heavy maintenance.Therefore,it is suggested to set the curve superelevation more reasonably for freight trains,such as reducing it by 10% on the existing superelevation,which has a significant effect on improving the stress condition and dynamic response of the track structure and slowing down the wheel-rail wear.
