摘  要:建立快速、准确、灵敏的猪肉中肾上腺素类药物残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。采用电喷雾离子源、多反应监测正离子模式测定,内标法对猪肉中肾上腺素类药物进行定性和定量。结果表明:异丙肾上腺素、去氧肾上腺素、间羟胺定量限为5μg/kg,肾上腺素、多巴胺定量限为10μg/kg,去甲肾上腺素定量限为50μg/kg;在1.0~100.0μg/L质量浓度范围内,峰强度与质量浓度的线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.99);方法的平均加标回收率为81.9%~93.1%。建立的方法简单、快速、稳定、准确、灵敏度高,适用于实验室大批量检测猪肉中肾上腺素类药物残留。An analytical method for simultaneous determination of adrenergic drug residues in pork was developed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The instrument was operated using an electrospray ionization source in the positive ion mode with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).Qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by the internal standard method.The limit of quantitation was 5μg/kg for isoprenaline,phenylephrine and metaraminol;10μg/kg for adrenaline and dopamine;and 50μg/kg for noradrenaline.The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 1.0–100.0μg/L with correlation coefficients(R^(2))greater than 0.99.The average recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 81.9%–93.1%.The proposed method is simple,rapid,reliable,stable,highly sensitive,and suitable for large-scale laboratory analysis of adrenergic drug residues in pork.
