摘 要:目的探讨护理专业学位硕士实习生心理资本对患者安全态度和职业素养的影响。方法采取方便取样法,选取某高校护理硕士专业学位研究生为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、心理资本问卷、中文版实习护生患者安全态度和职业素养问卷进行问卷调查。结果141名护理专业学位硕士实习护生,患者安全态度和职业素养总分(125.23±15.29)分,整体积极反应率为65.39%,心理资本总分为(114.09±12.22)分,处于较高水平;心理资本及各维度与患者安全态度和职业素养呈正相关(r=0.287~0.523,P<0.01),同时可解释患者安全态度和职业素养总变异的20.50%,且韧性是主要影响因素。结论护理专业学位硕士实习生患者安全态度和职业素养水平中等,亟待提高,心理弹性水平较高,但仍需加强培养,护理院校和实习医院应加强心理健康教育,以提高护理硕士实习生的患者安全态度和职业素养。Objective To examine the influence of psychological capital appreciation(PCA)on attitude towards patient safety and professionalism among the internship students for Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS).Methods Convenience sampling was used to enrol internship students for MNS from a universities for a study based on questionnaire star survey.Results A total of 141 MNS internship students participated the study.Score of the attitude towards patient safety and professionalism was 125.23±15.29,with a positive response rate at 65.39%.The total score of PCA was 114.09±12.22,at a high level.PCA and each of its dimension were significantly positively correlated with the attitudes towards patient safety and professionalism(r=0.287-0.523,P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that PCA predicted 20.50%of the variance for the attitudes towards patient safety and professionalism.Conclusions Attitudes towards patient safety attitude and professionalism in MNS internship students are at a medium level and there are rooms for improvement.PCA in MNS internship students is at a high level,however it still requires to be further improved.Nursing schools and hospitals should attach importance to the influence of PCA on the attitudes towards patient safety and professionalism and actively carry out psychological health education so as to improve the quality of MNS students.
