基于学情分析的经管专业“运筹学”教学模式探析

摘　　要：“运筹学”是经济管理类院校的平台基础课。为了提高“运筹学”线下线上教学质量,根据当前教育信息化的形势,结合经济管理专业学生学情分析,紧盯教学实践中的教学内容应用性不够强、教学模式过于单一、教学实践环节缺乏三个痛点问题,探讨课程教学改革的方向和模式,注重在教、学、考、用四个重点环节上下功夫,根据运筹学不同分支学习特征分别确立常规课堂混合教学模式和翻转课堂混合教学模式,采取整合教学内容、创新教学模式、改革考核方式、增加实践教学环节、融入思政元素五个针对性措施,有效解决了教学难题。Operations Research is a basic course in economic management colleges and universities.In order to improve the quality of offline and online teaching,according to the current situation of education informatization,combined with the analysis of the students’academic situation of economics and management majors,this paper focuses on three points in the teaching practice that the application of teaching content is not strong enough,the teaching mode is too simple,and the teaching practice link is lacking.Then the paper discusses the direction and mode of curriculum teaching reform,and focuses on the four key links of teaching,learning,examination,and application.According to the learning characteristics of the branch of Operations Research,the conventional classroom hybrid teaching mode and the flipped classroom hybrid teaching mode are respectively established.In addition,five targeted measures,such as integrate teaching content,innovate teaching modes,reform assessment methods,increasing practical teaching links,and integrating ideological and political elements are taken to solve teaching problems effectively in teaching practice.
