摘 要:目的探讨基于“雨课堂”病例导入式教学在妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取徐州医科大学2017级临床医学系一个班级49名学生为教学对象,设为“雨课堂”案例设置导入式教学组,以2016级临床医学系一个班级51名学生为对照,设为常规授课组。比较两组学生对课堂教学质量的评价及妇产科学期末考试成绩。结果“雨课堂”案例设置导入式教学组学生对课堂的互动度、帮助度、特色度及满意度评价均明显高于常规教学组学生(P<0.05),对课堂的重视度、规范度及教师授课明晰度评价两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。“雨课堂”案例设置导入式教学组学生妇产科学期末考试成绩平均分高于常规授课组(P<0.05)。结论“雨课堂”案例设置导入式教学能够有效将妇产科学的理论知识与临床密切结合,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习成绩,强化临床思维,值得在教学中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of case-guided teaching based on Raining Class in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods 49 students from one class in the 2017 clinical medicine department of Xuzhou Medical University were selected as the lead-in teaching group with the“Rain Class”case,and 51 students from one class in the 2016 clinical medicine department were selected as the control group with the routine teaching group.The results of obstetrics and gynecology final examination and the quality of class teaching were compared.Results The interactive degree,help degree,characteristic degree and satisfaction evaluation of the students in the“Rain Class”case setting import teaching group were significantly higher than those in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of attention,standardization and clarity of teaching(P>0.05).In the case of Rain Class,the average score of the final examination of obstetrics and gynecology in the lead-in teaching group was higher than that in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rain Class case setting teaching can effectively combine the theoretical knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology with clinical closely,stimulate students'interest in learning,improve academic performance,strengthen clinical thinking,which is worth popularizing in teaching.
