摘 要:目的探讨EBM+CBL教学法在普外科课间实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择齐齐哈尔医学院2017级本科61名学生作为研究对象,将学生随机分为四组,第1组16人、第2-4组每组各15人。共进行四个病种的学习,每组学生按规定组序接受新教法或传统教法。新教法组接受EBM+CBL教学法授课,传统教法组接受传统教学方式授课,对比两组的应用效果。结果前三个病种新教法组理论测试成绩优于传统教法组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),第四个病种新教法组与传统教法组理论测试成绩无显著性差异(P>0.05);批判性思维问卷调查,新教法组具有正性批判性思维能力的学生多于传统教法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EBM+CBL教学法在普外科课间实习中应用,能够将理论与临床实践有机整合,在一定程度上提高解决实际问题及批判性思维的能力。Objective To explore the application effect of EBM+CBL teaching method in the inter-class practice teaching of general surgery.Methods Sixty-one undergraduate students of grade 2017 from Qiqihar Medical University were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into four groups,with 16 students in group 1 and 15 students in groups 2-4.A total of four diseases were studied,and each group of students received the new teaching method or the traditional teaching method according to the prescribed group order.The new teaching method group was taught by EBM+CBL teaching method,while the traditional teaching method group was taught by traditional teaching method.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical test scores of the first three diseases in the new teaching method group were better than those in the traditional teaching method group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The theoretical test scores of the fourth disease in the new teaching method group and the traditional teaching method group had no significant difference(P>0.05).In the questionnaire survey of critical thinking,more students in the new teaching method group had positive critical thinking ability than those in the traditional teaching method group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of EBM+CBL teaching method in the inter-class practice of general surgery can integrate theory with clinical practice organically,and improve the ability of solving practical problems and critical thinking to a certain extent.
