摘　　要：目的急性白血病是儿童最常见的恶性肿瘤疾病,严重威胁儿童生命健康,化疗过程中合并感染是其最常见的并发症之一,影像学表现多样,病原学诊断困难,传统诊疗模式不能满足急性白血病患儿合并感染的早期诊断和精准治疗。为了给患儿提供更及时、精准、优质的诊疗方案,我院整合多学科相关专家成立创建皖南医学院第一附属医院儿童血液肿瘤MDT团队,制定MDT会诊相关制度,按需为血液肿瘤患儿进行MDT会诊,为患儿提供个体化诊疗。本文结合本单位实践对MDT模式在急性白血病合并感染中的应用进行了分析总结,目的为推广MDT模式和规范治疗提供参考。Acute leukemia is the most common malignant tumor disease in children,which seriously threatens children's life and health.Infection during chemotherapy is one of the most common complications,with various imaging manifestations and difficult etiological diagnosis.The traditional diagnosis and treatment model cannot meet the needs of early diagnosis and precise treatment of acute leukemia children complicated with infection.In order to provide more timely,accurate and high-quality diagnosis and treatment plans for children with acute leukemia,we integrated relevant experts of multidisciplinary to created the children's hematological tumor multidisciplinary team(MDT)in the first affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College.The relevant system of MDT consultation was formulated,and MDT consultation was conducted for children with hematological malignancies on demand,so as to provide individualized diagnosis and treatment for children.This article analyzes and summarizes the application of MDT mode in acute leukemia complicated with infection based on the practice of our unit,so as to provide a reference for promoting MDT mode and standardizing treatment.
