摘　　要：胃癌穿孔(PGC)是中晚期胃癌严重并发症之一,应尽快行根治性胃大部切除术。随着手术技术及抗肿瘤药物的不断革新,手术的同时采用腹腔灌注化疗(IPT)对于延长患者总生存时间,改善术后生活质量有着重大的意义。本文报道1例经行根治性胃大部切除术及腹腔灌注化疗后,出现吻合口漏及急性造血功能停滞的病例,并进行文献回顾。Perforation of gastric cancer(PGC)is one of the serious complications of middle and advanced gastric cancer.Radical subtotal gastrectomy should be performed as soon as possible for patients.With the continuous innovation of surgical techniques and antitumor drugs,the use of intraperitoneal chemotherapy(IPT)at the same time of surgery is of great significance to prolong the overall survival time of patients and improve the postoperative quality of life.This paper reports a case of anastomotic leakage and acute hematopoietic stagnation after radical subtotal gastrectomy and intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy,and review the literature.
