摘 要:伴随中国高速铁路不断建设,高铁站内服务设施承载能力日益无法应对客流波峰时期的旅客压力,此种状况还会因为站房建设成本与盈利目的等因素的限制而持续下去。本研究主要采用SPSS多元线性回归分析对旅客痛点和需求进行分析,研究高铁站服务设施满意度低点的成因,并利用Anylogic仿真软件分析站内拥堵的机理,揭示改良方向。With the continuous construction of high-speed railways in China,the carrying capacity of service facilities in high-speed railway stations is increasingly unable to cope with the passenger pressure during the peak period of passenger flow,and this situation will continue due to constraints such as station building construction costs and profit objectives.This study mainly uses SPSS multiple linear regression analysis to analyze passenger pain points and needs,study the causes of low satisfaction with service facilities at high-speed railway stations,and use Anylogic simulation software to analyze the mechanism of congestion within the station,revealing the direction for improvement.
