摘 要:甘肃省全民健身公共服务体系的完善发展,对于满足甘肃省城乡居民美好生活向往、满足群众多样性的健身需要、全民身心健康等方面都将起到积极的作用.文章运用实地调查、访谈及PEST分析模型等方法对甘肃省全民健身公共服务发展的宏观环境进行分析,深入剖析甘肃省全民健身公共服务在政治、经济、社会、技术方面的优势与困境.从而提出发挥政府主导作用、完善政策法规、提升居民收入水平及体育消费能力、拓宽投资渠道、加大群众体育投资、打造西部特色群众体育赛事活动、加大对乡村地区体育健身知识宣传、构建“互联网+”模式、开展“云健身”、注重培养社会体育指导员专业素养等发展措施.The improvement and development of the public service system for national fitness in Gansu province plays a positive role in meeting the aspirations of urban and rural residents in Gansu Province for a better life,meeting the diverse fitness needs of the masses,and improving the physical and mental health of the whole people.This paper utiolizes the field survey,interview and PEST analysis model to analyze the macro environment of the development of the public service of national fitness in Gansu,and deeply analyzes the advantages and difficulties of the public service of national fitness in Gansu in terms of politics,economy,society and technology.Therefore,it puts forward the targeted development strategy including to give play to the leading role of the government,to improve policies and regulations;Improve residents' income level and sports consumption capacity,to broaden investment channels and increase investment in mass sports,to create mass sports events with western characteristics,to strengthen the publicity of sports fitness knowledge in rural areas,to build the “Internet plus” model,to carry out “cloud fitness” as well as to pay attention to cultivating the professional quality of social sports instructors.
