Objective To explore magnetic resonance imaging diffusion-weighted imaging(MRI-DWI)predicting tumor free survival model for patients with cervical cancer. Methods 70 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to October 2021 were selected and given MRI and DWI scanning. The value of both parameters in predicting tumor free survival of patients with cervical cancer was analyzed. Results Following up for 12 months,52 cases(74.29%)of patients with cervical cancer had tumor free survival.ADC value of the tumor free survival group was higher than that of the death group, and K^(trans) value was lower than that of the death group(P<0.05).AUC of ADC value,K^(trans) value and combined detection for evaluating tumor free survival of patients with cervical cancer were 0.742,0.823 and 0.936 respectively.AUC of the combined detection for evaluating tumor free survival of patients with cervical cancer was higher than those of ADC value and K^(trans) value(P<0.05).Conclusions ADC value and K^(trans) value in MRI-DWI can be used to evaluate the prognosis of cervical cancer patients, and it is of higher value for the model to predict the tumor free survival of patients with cervical cancer.
