摘　　要：目的探讨拉莫三嗪联合奥卡西平治疗小儿难治性癫痫的临床效果及对患儿智力功能的影响。方法将2019年6月至2021年6月我院收治的68例难治性癫痫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组采用奥卡西平治疗,观察组采用拉莫三嗪联合奥卡西平治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及智力功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的操作智商(PIQ)、言语智商(VIQ)、总智商(FIQ)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的PIQ、VIQ、FIQ评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪联合奥卡西平治疗小儿难治性癫痫临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿的智力功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lamotrigine combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of children with refractory epilepsy and the influence on intellectual function of children.Methods 68 children with refractory epilepsy admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine,and the observation group was treated with lamotrigine combined with oxcarbazepine.The clinical efficacy and intellectual function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%,significantly higher than 76.47% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of performance intelligence quotient(PIQ),verbal intelligence quotient(VIQ)and full intelligence quotient(FIQ)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the PIQ,VIQ and FIQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lamotrigine combined with oxcarbazepine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with refractory epilepsy,and can effectively improve the intellectual function of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
