摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)是指一类长度>200个核苷酸一般无编码蛋白质能力的RNA分子。其在真核生物中广泛存在,参与生物体表观遗传调控、生长发育、免疫、代谢等多种生命活动,近年来已成为生命科学领域的研究热点。随着对环境污染物毒理作用机制研究的不断深入,越来越多的证据表明LncRNA参与污染物胁迫应答,在环境污染物引起的毒性效应中发挥重要功能。本文简要介绍了LncRNA的分类及其生物学功能,并着重综述了LncRNA参与不同类型环境污染物胁迫应答的研究进展,包括多环芳烃、多氯联苯、多溴联苯醚、苯和双酚类化合物、全氟和多氟烷醚类化合物、药物及个人护理品、农药、重金属、纳米材料和PM2.5等。最后对LncRNA在毒理学研究领域未来的发展方向进行了展望。本文旨在为今后更加深入开展LncRNA在环境污染物毒性效应中的分子机制研究提供参考。Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)are a class of RNA transcripts with a length greater than 200 nucleotides that generally have no or limited protein-coding capacity.They exist widely in eukaryotes and participate in epigenetic regulation,growth and development,immune response,metabolism and other life activities,and have become a new research hotspot in the field of life science in recent years.With a deepening understanding of the toxicological mechanisms of environmental pollutants,increasing evidence indicates that LncRNAs may play an important role in mediating the toxic effects of these pollutants.This review first briefly introduces the classification and biological functions of LncRNAs,and then focuses on the research progress of LncRNAs involved in stress responses to different types of environmental pollutants,including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,polychlorinated biphenyls,poly brominated diphenyl ethers,benzene and bisphenols,per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances,pharmaceuticals and personal care products,pesticides,heavy metals,nanomaterials and PM2.5.Finally,the future development direction of LncRNAs in the field of toxicology is prospected.This paper aims to provide a reference for further research on the molecular mechanism of LncRNAs in the toxic effects of environmental pollutants.
