摘 要:针对丁二烯自聚和聚合系统挂胶现象和机理进行了阐释,归纳了丁二烯过氧化物、丁二烯端聚物、橡胶状聚合物等丁二烯自聚物的分子结构、形成机理、宏观状态,总结了顺丁橡胶装置聚合系统挂胶现象的具体表现和形成原因。对于限制顺丁橡胶装置长周期运行的2个因素,结合机理分析和实际经验,提出相应对策,为装置平稳运行提供借鉴。In view of phenomenon and mechanism ofthe glue-hangingof polymerization system and butadiene self-polymerization,this paper concluded the molecular structure, formation mechanism and macro state of butadiene self-polymers such as butadiene peroxide, butadiene end-polymers, rubbery polymers, and summarizedthe specific performance and formation reasons of the glue-hanging phenomenon of butadiene polymerization system in butadiene rubber device. For the two factors limiting the long lead operation of butadiene rubber device, combining with the mechanism analysis and practical experience, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward to provide reference for the stable operation of the device.
