摘　　要：目的探讨椎间孔镜下射频消融治疗恶性椎旁骨转移瘤的疗效及安全性。方法将102例恶性椎旁骨转移瘤患者按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(52例,椎间孔镜下射频消融治疗)和对照组(50例,保守治疗)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛[数字分级评分法(NRS)]及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者疾病控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1天、7天、1个月及3个月,两组患者NRS评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者NRS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对恶性椎旁骨转移瘤患者采取椎间孔镜下射频消融治疗可提高疗效,控制疾病进展,缓解患者的疼痛症状,具有一定安全性。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation under intervertebral foramen endoscope in patients with malignant paravertebral bone metastases.Method A total of 102 patients with malignant paravertebral bone metastases were divided into the observation group(n=52,received radiofrequency ablation under intervertebral foramen endoscope)and the control group(n=50,received conservative treatment).The clinical efficacy,pain degree[numerical rating scale(NRS)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Result The disease control rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the NRS scores 1 day,7 days,1 month and 3 months after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment,with lower scores in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference for the complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intervertebral foramen endoscope radiofrequency ablation for malignant paravertebral bone metastases can improve efficacy,control disease progression,and relieve pain symptoms with certain safety.
