基于文献计量学的国内叙事医学研究分析

摘　　要：目的对当前我国的叙事医学研究进行分析整理。方法纳入中国知网、万方数据库、维普网,以“叙事医学”为主题词进行检索,检索起始时间为2010年1月,截止时间为2021年6月,纳入文献共计487篇。利用CiteSpace对关键词进行共现分析、聚类分析、时间线分析及突显词分析。结果自2010年来文献发表数量呈上升趋势,2018年后增长最为明显;作者及研究机构集中在高校的人文学院或中医研究院所;叙事医学研究仍集中在中医、共情、医患关系、人文关怀等领域;自2010年起平行病历始终是叙事医学的主要研究方法。结论叙事医学的研究重点集中在中医、人文关怀等领域。Objective Analyze the current narrative medical research in China.Method The data came from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Science Periodical Database,VIP Web.The key word was narrative medicine.The search started in January 2010 and ended in June 2021.A total of 487 articles were included.Keyword cluster analysis,timeline analysis and highlight word analysis were also carried out by CiteSpace software.Result The number of published literatures rising since 2010 with the most obvious increase just after 2018.The authors and research institutions are still concentrated in the humanities or traditional Chinese medicine research institutes of universities.Narrative medicine research is still focused on traditional Chinese medicine,empathy,humanistic care and relationships between doctor and patient.Parallel medical records have been the main research method of narrative medicine since 2010.Conclusion The research of narrative medicine focuses on traditional Chinese medicine,humanistic care.
