摘　　要：创建学习型宿舍是促进学生合作学习、建立学习共同体的重要方式,是促进大学教学、管理、服务、思政、文化多元融合的有效途径,对于培养德智体美劳全面发展的合格人才具有重要意义。本文运用学习型组织和合作学习等理论对学习型宿舍促进大学教育多元融合的内在作用机理进行阐析,对以学习型宿舍为突破口促进大学教育多元融合的实施路径进行探索。The learning dormitory serves as an important method to encourage cooperative learning and establish a learning community among students,and an effective measure to promote the multiple integration of teaching,management,service,morality cultivation and culture at the university.Therefore,establishing learning dormitory is critical to the cultivation of qualified talents who have an all-round moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor grounding.Based on the theories of learning organization and cooperative learning,this paper aims to explain the internal function mechanism of learning dormitory in promoting the multiple integration of university education,and explore implementation paths to realize the multiple integration by utilizing learning dormitory.
