摘 要:“双师型”教师要具备良好的基本素质、精通的专业素养、丰富的实践经验。构建“双师型”师资队伍既是应用型本科高校办学性质的要求,也是应用型本科高校人才培养的需求。当前,应用型本科高校师资队伍建设存在教师实践操作能力不足、“双师型”教师数量短缺、校企合作程度较低、教师激励机制和评价体系不健全等问题。应用型本科高校“双师型”师资队伍建设需要提高教师实践操作能力,培养教师的实践应用能力,“引育结合”调整师资队伍结构,构建适合于应用型高校发展的教师激励与评价机制。Building a team of “double qualified” teachers,who should have good basic quality,proficient professional quality and rich practical experience,is not only determined by the nature of application-oriented undergraduate colleges,but also the requirement of talent training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.At present,there are some problems in the construction of teachers' team in application-oriented undergraduate universities,such as the lack of practical operation ability of teachers,the shortage of “double-qualified” teachers,the low degree of school-enterprise cooperation,and the imperfect teacher incentive mechanism and evaluation system.To solve these problems,universities need to improve teachers' practical operation ability,cultivate teachers' practical application ability,adjust the structure of teachers' team by “combining introduction and education”,and build a suitable mechanism for teacher incentive and evaluation.
