纳米银和蔗糖处理对六出花切花的保鲜效果

摘　　要：为探究纳米级杀菌剂纳米银(Nano-silver,NS)对六出花‘精神’(Alstroemeria aurantiaca‘Spirit’)切花的保鲜效果,观测了1.0、5.0、和10.0 mg/L NS单独及其与30.0 g/L蔗糖的组合处理对该切花瓶插期间观赏品质、瓶插寿命、花朵开放率和鲜质量变化率的影响.与对照(去离子水)相比,各质量浓度NS单独处理对六出花切花没有显著的保鲜效果.不过,各质量浓度NS+30.0 g/L蔗糖溶液的组合处理均可有效抑制该切花花朵脱落和叶片黄化,并明显改善该切花的观赏品质和延长瓶插寿命.其中以1.0 mg/L NS+30.0 g/L蔗糖和5.0 mg/L NS+30.0 g/L蔗糖2个处理的保鲜效果尤为突出,经它们处理的六出花切花瓶插寿命分别比对照(9.6 d)延长41.7%(13.6 d)和45.8%(14.0 d),并可显著提高花朵开放率和维持其较高的鲜质量.本试验结果显示,适宜质量浓度的NS+蔗糖组合溶液瓶插处理对六出花切花‘精神’具有良好的保鲜作用.In order to evaluate the preservation effects of nano-silver(NS),a nano-bactericide,on cut alstroemeria(Alstroemeria aurantiaca)‘Spirit’flowers,their ornamental quality,vase life,floret opening rate and relative fresh mass were investigated by using vase treatments with 1.0,5.0,and 10.0 mg/L NS alone and combined with 30.0 g/L sucrose.Compared with the control(deionized water),various concentrations of NS alone treatments had no significant preservation effects on cut alstroemeria flowers.However,the combination treatments of NS plus 30.0 g/L sucrose could effectively inhibit the flower abscission and leaf yellowing,and significantly improve the ornamental quality and prolong the vase life.Among them,the preservation effects of the two treatments of 1 mg/L NS plus 30.0 g/L sucrose and 5.0 mg/L NS plus 30.0 g/L sucrose were particularly prominent.The vase life of the cut alstroemeria flowers by these two treatments was 41.7%(13.6 d)and 45.8%(14.0 d)longer than that of the control(9.6 d)respectively,and the floret opening rate was significantly increased and the fresh quality was maintained.The results indicated that the combination treatments with appropriate concentration of NS and sucrose had positive effects on preservation of cut alstroemeria‘Spirit’flowers.
