摘  要:土颗粒与水作用后黏着外部介质的性能称为土的黏着性,这种黏附外部介质能力的强弱,通常用黏着力来衡量。外部介质特征与土壤成分的改变都会使土的黏着性发生改变,其产生的黏着力会导致各种运输机械耗能增加,降低工作效率。为找寻不同外部荷载对黏着力特征影响程度,选取亚黏土、兰州黄土进行黏着力实验,分析在500、750、1000、1500 g加载情况下黏着力峰值的分布情况,结合图像电子化处理软件Image-ProPlus与Adobe Photoshop对试验土样微观图像处理计算的结果,得到黏着力与变形量的关联性。结果表明,随着含水率增大,黏着力呈现先上升达到峰值而后下降的变化趋势;随着外荷载增加,黏着力达到峰值所需含水率逐渐下降,且黏着力会随外荷载增大而增大;黏着力增大,接触面分离后产生的变形面积也会增大,可以通过观察变形面积去估算黏着力大小。The performance of soil particles adhering to external media after interaction with water is called soil adhesion,and the strength of this adhesion ability is usually measured by adhesion force.The change of external medium characteristics and soil composition will change the adhesion of soil,which will lead to the increase of energy consumption of various transportation machinery and the decrease of work efficiency.In order to find out the influence degree of different external loads on the adhesion characteristics,the sub-clay and Lanzhou loess were selected for adhesion experiments,and the distribution of the adhesion peak value under the loading conditions of 500,750,1000 and 1500 g was analyzed.The correlation between adhesion and deformation was obtained by combining the results of microcosmic image processing of test soil samples with Image-ProPlus and Adobe Photoshop.The results showed that with the increase of moisture content,the adhesive force increased firstly,reached the peak value and then decreased.With the increase of external load,the moisture content required to reach the peak of the adhesive force gradually decreased,and the adhesive force increased with the increase of external load.As the adhesive force increased,the deformation area generated by the separation of the contact surface would also increase.The adhesive force can be estimated by observing the deformation area.
