鹧鸪降脂颗粒联合腹针治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鹧鸪降脂颗粒联合腹针对代谢相关脂肪性肝病(Metabolically associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)患者的治疗效果。方法选取2017年5月—2019年11月期间在海南省中医院治未病中心门诊就诊的MAFLD患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组予以鹧鸪降脂颗粒,治疗组予以鹧鸪降脂颗粒联合腹针。治疗3个月后,观察比较两组患者临床疗效,体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI),肝功能、血脂指标[血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(Gamma-glutamyl transferase,GGT)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、肝脏受控衰减参数(Controlled Attenuation Prmeter,CAP)、肝硬度值(Liver stiffness measure,LSM)]水平。结果(1)治疗后,两组患者ALT、AST、GGT、BMI、CAP、LSM水平均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组血清ALT、AST、GGT、BMI、CAP、LSM水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗45 d后,治疗组显愈率40.00%明显高于对照组10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,治疗组显愈率93.33%高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鹧鸪降脂颗粒联合腹针治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病,具有降低血脂,减轻体重,改善肝功能及肝脏储备功能作用,疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhegu Jiangzhi granule combined with abdominal acupuncture on patients with metabolically associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).Methods Sixty patients with MAFLD who visited the outpatient Department of Disease Prevention and Treatment Center of Hainan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to November 2019 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Zhegu Jiangzhi granule,and the treatment group was given Zhegu Jiangzhi granule combined with abdominal acupuncture.After 3 months of treatment,clinical efficacy,Body Mass Index(BMI),liver function,A lanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),Gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT),Total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Controlled Attenuation Prmeter(CAP),Liver stiffness measure(LSM)were observed and compared.Results(1)the serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,BMI,CAP and LSM in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);(2)the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in the both groups were significantly decreased,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);(3)after 45 days and 3 months of treatment,the markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 40%and 93.33%respectively,while that of the control group was 10%and 83.33%,respectively.The markedly effective rate of the treatment group at two time points was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhegu Jiangzhigranule combined with abdominal acupuncture is effective in the treatment of metabolically associated fatty liver disease,which can reduce blood lipid,reduce body weight,improve liver function and liver reserve function.
