摘  要:高职百万扩招政策的实施与落实,不仅为高职院校服装专业带来了庞大的生源,同时也给高职院校服装专业教学管理工作带来了诸多挑战,由于生源质量及学生年龄参差不齐,传统管理模式已经不能满足当前的教学管理现状。文章通过分析高职扩招背景下服装专业教学管理中存在的问题,从思政育人管理、校企合作管理、激励实践管理三方面提出了教学管理的改进措施,以期通过改进措施切实有效地提升服装专业教学管理的工作质量。The implementation and implementation of the policy of million enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges not only brings a large number of students to the clothing major in higher vocational colleges,but also brings many challenges to the teaching management of the clothing major in higher vocational colleges.Due to the uneven quality of students and the age of students are uneven,the traditional management model can no longer meet the current situation of teaching management.By analyzing the problems existing in the teaching management of clothing specialty under the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion,this paper puts forward improvement measures for teaching management from three aspects of ideological and political education management,school-enterprise cooperation management,and incentive practice management,expecting to effectively improving the quality of teaching management of clothing specialty through improvement measures.
