摘 要:目的研究3D打印技术制作个体化桩核的可行性,探讨提高漏斗状根管修复效果的方法。方法33颗单根离体牙随机分成3组,分别采用3D打印个体化金属桩核、传统铸造金属桩核、纤维树脂桩核修复,粘接完成后,分别进行扫描电镜(SEM)并用万能试验机观察桩核适合性、体外静态抗折力能力,评价3D打印个体化桩核修复漏斗状根管的修复效果,为临床应用提供参考依据。结果3D打印金属桩核与其他两种常用桩核相比,其组织面与根管之间的间隙在根颈处分别为(2.4±0.2)μm、(7.2±0.2)μm、(27.4±0.6)μm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在根管中部分别为(2.5±0.3)μm、(8.3±0.1)μm和(62.6±0.9)μm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在根尖部分别为(2.5±0.1)μm、(8.3±0.2)μm、(91.7±2.1)μm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在抗力测试中,3D打印金属桩核(749.6±43.7)N,高于常规制作金属桩核组(532.9±28.1)N和纤维树脂桩核(252.3±20.6)N,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术制作的个性化桩核具有良好的适合性。Objective To study the fitness of individually post and core by 3D printing technology and to improve the effect of funnel-shaped root canal repair was discussed.Methods The 33 single detached teeth were randomly divided into three groups.3D printing individual metal post core,traditional casting metal post core and prefabricated fiber post core were used to repair the post core.After the bonding,dental sections were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)to study the root canal fitness of post core.The flexural resistance of pile core was studied by universal testing machine.Results Compared with the other two kinds of common post and core,the gap between the tissue surface and the root canal at the root neck of 3D printed metal post and core were respectively(2.4±0.2)μm,(7.2±0.2)μm and(27.4±0.6)μm(P<0.05).In the middle of the root canal,they were respectively(2.5±0.3)μm,(8.3±0.1)μm and(62.6±0.9)μm(P<0.05).At the root tip,they were respectively(2.5±0.1)μm and(8.3±0.2)μm,(91.7±2.1)μm(P<0.05).In the resistance test,3D printed metal post and core(749.6±43.7)N was higher than that of conventional metal post and core(532.9±28.1)N and fiber resin post and core(252.3±20.6)N(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized post core made by 3D printing technology has good suitability.
