摘　　要：针对目标和杂波先验知识不准确时面向目标参数估计的雷达波形设计问题,同时兼顾功率放大器对低峰均比(PAR)波形的需求,该文提出一种信号相关杂波背景下雷达低PAR稳健波形设计方法。首先,以最大化互信息(MI)为优化准则,构建了估计波形优化模型;接着,通过提取协方差矩阵特征值,构建了关于目标和杂波矩阵的不确定集模型;然后基于极大极小化准则,将关于矩阵的非凸优化问题转化为关于特征值的凸问题;最后,基于序列线性规划方法给出了波形的优化解。分析表明,所提方法产生的波形具有较好的有效性和稳健性能。To improve the estimation performance of the radar transmit waveform when the priori knowledge of target and clutter is not accurate and satisfy the requirements of power amplifiers for low peak-to-average-power ratio(PAR),a robust radar waveform design method is proposed with a low PAR constraint of the transmit waveform in the presence of signal-dependent clutter.Firstly,an optimized model of waveform estimation is established based on the maximum mutual information criterion.Secondly,a model of uncertainty set about the target and clutter matrix is constructed by extracting the eigenvalues of the covariance matrix.Then,the nonconvex optimization problem about matrix is transformed into a convex problem about eigenvalues based on the max-min criterion.Finally,the optimal solution of the waveform is obtained by using the sequential linear programming method.The simulation results prove the effectiveness and robustness of the waveforms generated using the proposed method.
